Very nice staff. Food is always of great quality. Keep it up.

When we're in town, we like to eat here. You can find small snacks on the fly here on the menu. There is also delicious coffee and cake. The atmosphere is pleasant and sometimes a bit loud, but bearable.

Very tasty ? breakfast, friendly staff, nothing to complain about, But one thing - the tables are a bit small, the breakfast barely fit on them?

Burgers were delicious and the service was very friendly. But he didn't come to our table very often.

The Kilneren are not all friendly. At first everything was great and great for us but today unfortunately we were only there for 5 minutes and then left. The Kelner was disrespectful to us. never again.

1 star for the lovely new waitress who still knows how to deal with guests. We were there with 6 people, had reserved in advance. Unfortunately everything went wrong that could go wrong. 5 meals came, 1 was missing. The waitress apologized. All good. 1 meal was burnt, 1 burger was wrong, unfortunately we had to point out defects several times. The waitress was sent to the break and a waiter named Ebbi took over. Unfortunately, he couldn't deal with our complaints from the start. Maybe felt offended, at least he treated us as if we were to blame for the mistakes. Unfortunately it went on like this. The sauces that had been ordered were missing, the burgers were missing ingredients, and the wrong side dishes were delivered. And the waiter Ebbi did not apologize but became more and more irritated. We were no longer asked whether we wanted to have another drink or anything. After we paid, we spoke to the shift supervisor. Here, too, waiter Ebbi interfered in the conversation several times, in a very aggressive and arrogant manner. Ebbi wanted to put the blame on the young new waitress, who, however, was the only one who acted nice and hard! Here the guest is not king. Here you are turned on stupidly for things that you cannot do anything for. We were very understanding. Highly praised the new waitress. Ebbi was of course protected by the shift supervisor, although he himself behaved very disrespectfully towards him. We won't be back. We preferred to spend our planned cocktail evening somewhere else.

The crepe was delicious. Even the homemade lemonade. There is a deduction for the glasses. They now look very worn out. You should really invest in new glasses.

Long waiting time to get a card, order was taken quickly. We waited about 25 minutes for the food itself. The food was excellent, value for money is great! Only the egg was initially forgotten, but brought quickly. The waitress was very friendly.

Fantastic coffee. Thilo and Michelle are by far the best waiters I've met in my life. Happy to do it again every weekend!

Food was terrible

Yesterday we were at table 312 around 11 o'clock. The waiter was so rude. Grade 0, the food was delicious.

Nice atmosphere and pleasant food&Drinks but watch out your Bill. Last visit the waiter was really uneducated and change was not ok. Sorry but no sorry.

The taste not good and I order Bluberry juice the taste like water ?

Unfortunately, very long wait. When ordered breakfast 4 items on the menu were missing. Bringing the missing jam took so long that breakfast was over. The missing jam should even cost extra, although it is listed on the menu. Since the service does not come by itself, the waiters will also mimic you if you draw attention to yourself. Food was delicious, but the service was poor.

Disgustingly rude staff We sat with 2 families at this tent to finish a week of Germany with a lunch. Due to the fact that most empty tables sat directly in the sun and we wanted a shadow spot because of the children, we joined a table that still had to be cleared up. The moment we wanted to do that, were snubbed by the waitress in German. Why we absolutely chose this table when there were many tables. The tone was so derogatory that we went to get a story. As the waitress in question ran away, a colleague came. This was also very arrogant, so that a 3rd colleague had to interfere. In the end, we stepped down and we had a delicious dinner at another lunchroom.

Bad and rude received by two of the waiters. Sat absolutely no flexibility when switching to a table in the shade. We were immediately addressed in German and she immediately walked away. We do not understand anything, so thought to check with a colleague what was going on. I immediately heard the same from her colleague in the same rude way, but in English. We left immediately! The square itself looks very cozy, but the tent itself is definitely not recommended after this experience!

I didn't think that was great .. 1. Table was full for 20 minutes after we sat down, it was simply not cleared (also on request). 2. Service was very rude. 3. It was served on a dirty table. Really great such a shed, thumbs NOT up !!!

Coffee a bit watery and the food wasn't excellent (but reasonably priced), however very nice service saves the rating.

Trendy and large but comfortable place. Good, swift and friendly service. Extensive menu, large choice in drinks also. Well made cocktails, quality food. Often quite crowded I think, but we had a very good meal and the service was great.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and the hot chocolate we had was perfect with a nice chocolate chip cookie as extra. Would go again!

Best place to watch Dortmund playing...of course if you don't get a ticket to Signal Iduna. Don't miss the curly fries here!

We were in the restaurant that weekend in the evening and it had a lot of people. After a waiting time of about 15 minutes we got a table for four and were the whole evening very friendly and quickly served. The food came quickly and was excellent. Certainly worth a visit.

A trendy bar right in the centre of the action in Dortmund, with good traditional food and drinks on offer. The service wasn't 100% but we enjoyed our lunch there.

Tourist in Dortmund for a day and unfortunately chose the worst place to eat. I asked for a dish and they brought me the wrong one + they charged us an extra drink that we didn’t have. The service was really bad and they were really impolite. I am very unhappy and I would never recommend this place

The wine there is nice, I haven't tried the food. The service is also nice, they took care of us during the whole evening. I would definitely go back there and try some other things.
